How does live event swag printing work?

It is simpler than it looks. A guest chooses, we press, they leave wearing it. Here is what actually happens at the station from setup to the final handoff.

What happens when a guest walks up?

They pick a garment, a color, and a design from your approved menu, then give their size. That is the entire order — no forms, no fulfillment list, no waiting for shipping. It feels more like a coffee bar than a merch counter.

How is the printing actually done?

Our core method is live DTF heat pressing. We apply a full-color, photo-quality transfer to the piece with a heat press, and it comes off finished in a couple of minutes. The result is soft to the touch and holds up to repeated washing.

How fast is each piece?

Most pieces take roughly two to three minutes at a staffed press. For busy windows we bring multiple presses and operators so the line stays short even during a registration rush or a festival peak.

What do you handle versus what we handle?

We handle product sourcing, artwork prep, trained operators, setup, and teardown. You provide the logo or graphics and the event details. You are getting a managed station, not equipment to run yourself.

Does the finished swag last?

Yes. DTF prints are made to be worn and washed, so the tee a guest takes home from your event still looks good months later. That durability is a big reason live swag beats a giveaway that cracks after one wash.
