Live event swag · printed on the spot

Event swag printing that skips the leftover boxes.

Set up a live printing station at your event and let guests choose their own size and design. Nothing is pre-ordered, so nothing ends up in the wrong size or in a storage closet.

By Merch Troop — product sourcing, artwork prep, staffing, setup, and guest handoff, all handled.

The old way vs. the live way

Stop guessing sizes six weeks out

Traditional event swag means ordering a pallet of shirts in sizes you hope match your crowd, then eating whatever nobody takes. Live event swag printing flips that: a station prints each piece the moment a guest picks it, so you order blanks by the case — not by the guessed size curve.

01

Guests self-serve

A guest walks up, picks a garment and a design from your approved menu, and gives their size. That is the whole order.

02

We press it live

Our crew heat-presses full-color DTF onto the piece in a couple of minutes. It comes off the platen finished, washable, and ready to wear.

03

They leave wearing it

No shipping, no fulfillment list, no wrong-size returns. The take-home rate is high because people chose it themselves.

What lands on the table

Full-color swag on the pieces people actually keep

Our core method is live DTF heat pressing: unlimited color, photo-quality artwork, and a soft hand that survives the wash. That means your logo, event lockup, or a fun one-off graphic looks the same on a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee as it does on a canvas tote or a crewneck.

  • Apparel: tees, hoodies, crewnecks, and long sleeves in the brands guests recognize.
  • Bags & accessories: cotton totes, drawstring bags, and welcome-kit extras.
  • Drinkware: UV DTF wraps on tumblers and water bottles for a premium takeaway.
  • Hats & patches: a hat and patch bar guests build themselves with heat-applied patches.

Where it works

Built for the moments people gather

An open printing station becomes the thing people talk about — a line forms, phones come out, and your logo walks out the door on hundreds of pieces. We plan the station around your venue power, floor space, and run of show.

Quick answers

What planners ask before booking

What does live event swag printing cost?

Staffed stations start around $5,000 for Orange County, LA, and San Diego events. That number includes blanks, artwork prep, presses, crew, setup, and teardown — one line item instead of five vendors. Crew time runs $250 per hour and events beyond Southern California add a flat $900 travel fee.

How many pieces can the station print per hour?

About 60 pieces per hour on one press; a two-press setup clears 100 or more. We size the station to your guest count and run of show, so a 500-person conference gets more platens, not a longer line.

How much floor space and power do you need?

A 10x10 footprint and two standard 120V circuits covers a full station — press line, garment wall, and pickup table. It fits a booth, a lobby corner, or a ballroom edge, and we coordinate placement directly with your venue.

We already ordered blanks. Can you print on them?

Yes. If there's a closet of unprinted polos or totes from a past order, we press onto your stock and only source what's missing. It's the fastest way to turn dead inventory into swag people choose.

How much lead time does an event need?

Two to three weeks is comfortable — enough for artwork approval, transfer production, and blank sourcing in your sizes. The quote itself comes back within 24 hours, so you know the budget before anything is committed.
